SUMMARY:Sled Island Opening Party + Poster Show Launch
DESCRIPTION:Our annual Poster Show returns\, with the opening reception happening during the opening party at Sled Village! A vital part of Sled Island since its inaugural year\, the Sled Island Poster Show pairs local artists with musicians playing the festival to create limited-edition\, hand silk-screened posters by Burnt Toast Studio. Artists include Sn​õ​õ​per\, Black Country\, New Road\, illuminati hotties\, billy woods\, clipping.\, Etran de L’Aïr and HOMESHAKE. Posters will be on display and for purchase.Poster illustrators include: Lisa Davies\, Katie Green\, Matthew Springer\, Misa Storkova\, Nicole Shah\, Noah Milo and Tyler Wong. Important info:Start and running times are subject to change. Please check the Sled Island schedule in June for exact set times.Upon entering a festival venue\, the passholder agrees to being photographed\, filmed or recorded in that venue\, and agrees to the publication\, reproduction\, distribution and broadcast of all photographs\, video or other recordings of the passholder’s voice or likeness without further notice or compensation in any publicity\, advertisement or other publication carried-out by\, or on behalf of\, Sled Island and in perpetuity in any manner and media whatsoever\, including print\, broadcast or internet.Everyone has the right to feel safe and included at Sled Island.
