DESCRIPTION:TheChinatown Pop Up Movie Club and Compact Tuning Lab present a daytime carshowcase and nighttime screening of Initial D (頭文字D)\, a 2005 Hong Kongfilm directed by Andrew Lau and Alan Mak. \nChinatown Pop Up Movie Club is an event series that shares knowledge about Chinese culture through cinema\, while showcasing unique spaces in Calgary’s Chinatown. \nWe are entirely volunteer run and rely on funders and donations to keep screenings free or low cost to the public! If you would like to help us host future screenings and events\, click the donate button below.
