Dust off your cowboy hat and heat up the griddle, 4th Street Pancake Showdown is back for its 14th year of flippin’ fun.
A dozen hopeful 4th Street businesses, including restaurants, pubs, an advertising company, a bank and a piercing studio, are going head-to-head in a bid to win the coveted Golden Spatula award at this year’s Pancake Showdown.
Each business is given the exact same brief: create a fun and unique pancake which can flip the competition on its head.
All participants are provided with a griddle alongside 1,500 orders worth of pancake mix, disposable forks, paper plates and napkins in order to build their best pancake and throw their cowboy hat in the ring, to the critique of four guest judges (yet to be announced) and a cavalcade of Cowtown foodies.
